Mumbai’s luxury real estate market has witnessed a new pinnacle as billionaire banker Uday Kotak and his family have acquired 10 apartments in the prestigious 19 Shiv Sagar building at Worli Sea Face for over ₹224 crore. This transaction has set a national record, with one of the flats priced at ₹2,74,784 per square foot, marking the highest per square foot rate ever recorded in India.
